You will benefit from dedicated one-to-one sessions and guided through your structured training and nutritional programmes specifically tailored for you, taking into account your goals, current fitness, potential injuries, limitations and nutrition.

Personal training at Luke Hayes Fitness integrates a wide range of disciplines and methods to keep your body challenged in a variety of ways. All sessions with Luke will be weight training based, and will push you to your limits to give you the best possible results! All programmes are completely focused on your goals and what you want to achieve! They are designed to be progressive and challenging and I can guarantee my commitment alongside your own, we will deliver results fast!

At Luke Hayes Fitness its not the case of getting you in and out, Luke tends to keep clients long term as the main focus is progression and not quick fixes that don’t last!

All block packages include:

A Structured Nutritional Plan – Training is important but what you eat and the way you eat will cause the most significant change in your body. You recieve a plan using learn Luke’s scientifically proven methods of nutrition for fat loss and muscle growth depending on your goal.

A Structured Training Plan – Luke uses many different unique training methods to suit the goal you want to achieve. He has developed and perfected the training methods over his 10 years of training.

Luke trains out of two gyms:

The ‘Paradise Centre’, Ely.

‘The Edge’ gym Bedford Lodge, Newmarket.

Cancellation Policy; 24 hours notice of cancellation is required for all appointments. Notice less than 24 hours will incur a full payment of the session fee. Exceptions will only be made in the case of a medical emergency
